CIMOS desktop-return alert terms
These terms cover one low-volume operational alert program used only to ask the CIMOS product owner to return to the desktop for product-development review or approval.
1. Program scope
The program sends content-free operational alerts only to the CIMOS product owner. It does not message patients, clinicians, customers, prospects, or the public and is not used for marketing, medical information, private content, or broader automated outreach.
The approved initial alert is:
CIMOS needs you at your desktop. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
2. Eligibility and affirmative consent
The CIMOS product owner is the only eligible recipient. Alerts may begin only after that recipient affirmatively opts in, and consent cannot be transferred to another person. Consent is not a condition of participating in development work or using CIMOS and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies and is expected to remain low. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
4. STOP and HELP
Alerts may not begin until the messaging service is configured so that replying STOP ends alerts and replying HELP returns this automatic, content-free response:

6. Public opt-in proof
This proof shows who may receive these alerts, the consent required before they begin, and whether sending is allowed. It does not publish private contact or account details.

7. Changes and contact
